These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the real estate information listing service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by this site.

Article 1 (Nature of this Service (this Site))
This Site is a platform (information provision service) that publishes real estate property information and provides information to users.
The operator of this Site (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") is not a real estate transaction business operator as defined in the Real Estate Transaction Business Act, and does not engage in real estate transaction business (including but not limited to brokerage, agency, buying and selling, and intermediation) in any sense.
This Service does not directly connect Users with third parties who provide real estate information (real estate transaction business operators, hereinafter referred to as "Information Providers"), and we do not participate in any communication, negotiation, or contract conclusion process between Users and Information Providers.
We do not receive any fees, remuneration, or any other monetary compensation from Users in connection with this Service under any name.
Article 2 (Agreement to these Terms)
Users shall be deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms, without any reservation, fully, and in an irrevocable manner, at the time they begin using this Service.
If Users cannot agree to these Terms, they may not use this Service at all. Please immediately discontinue use of this Service.
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
Non-Guarantee of Information
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, legality, usefulness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information (including but not limited to property information, prices, floor plans, photographs, maps, legal regulations, Information Providers' license information, and any other related information) provided through this Service.
AS IS and AS AVAILABLE Provision
This Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Users shall, at their own judgment and responsibility, directly confirm with Information Providers the truth, accuracy, and validity of the published information and conduct necessary investigations (due diligence).
Relationship with Information Providers
We do not guarantee the existence, reliability, service content, validity of licenses, etc., of Information Providers. We do not participate in and bear no responsibility whatsoever for any communication, negotiation, transaction, contract, dispute, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "any disputes, etc.") that arise between Users and Information Providers.
Non-Compensation for Damages
We shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to direct damages, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, loss of opportunities, and any other disadvantages) suffered by Users in connection with or arising from their use of this Service (including unavailability), regardless of the cause (whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal ground), and even if we foresaw or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer for Confusion or Misunderstanding
We shall not be liable for any disadvantages or confusion arising from Users' misunderstanding or misrecognition of published information, unclear information, or discrepancies between Users' expectations and the actual property conditions.
System Suspension, etc.
We may suspend, stop, or terminate the provision of this Service without notice due to system maintenance, malfunctions, overload, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any damages that may arise to Users as a result thereof.
Article 4 (User Responsibilities)
Users shall comply with relevant Japanese laws and regulations (including the Real Estate Transaction Business Act, Consumer Contract Act, Personal Information Protection Act, and all other laws, ordinances, and guidelines) and use this Service at their own responsibility.
If any disputes, etc., arise between Users and Information Providers or other third parties in connection with their use of this Service, Users shall resolve such disputes at their own expense and responsibility, and shall not make any claims against us or cause any inconvenience to us.
If Users violate these Terms or cause damage to us due to their willful misconduct or negligence, Users shall be responsible for compensating us for all damages (including attorney's fees) incurred by us.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or any other rights of us, Information Providers, or other third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service (unauthorized access, acts that place excessive load, etc.)
- Acts of reproducing, reprinting, or using for commercial purposes information obtained through this Service without our permission
- Any other acts that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to all content (text, images, programs, designs, etc.) that constitute this Service belong to us or third parties with legitimate rights.
Article 7 (Amendment of these Terms)
We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion.
Amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this Site, and if Users continue to use this Service after the amendment of these Terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to such amendment.
Article 8 (Severability)
Even if any provision or part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue to be fully effective.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
Any and all disputes arising between Users and us regarding this Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, regardless of the amount of the claim.
